Dommut Vermut Clàssic is our traditional formula with which we have been making the much appreciated and refreshing vermouth for decades. We continue to rely on our varieties and a selection of more than 40 aromatic herbs and spices from our region, which only we know.

We recommend serving it cold!!!!

The ideal pairing is with pickles in general (olives, banderillas, eggplants, artichokes, cauliflower…), cured meats, cured cheeses, potato chips, Galician octopus, cockles, etc. It is the perfect ingredient for cocktails and can also be taken after meals as a digestive.
