Cavas

The cavas made by Domenio are the result of careful vinification of the main grape varieties, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada. The Xarel·lo brings body, structure, acidity and personality, the Macabeo gives intensity of aromas and freshness and, finally, delicacy and floral notes are the main features of the Parellada. Among the white cavas made from these grapes some are young and some are reserves, different styles for different palates. Apart from these, we also make rosé cava with a variety native to the Conca de Barberà: the Trepat. Tres Naus cavas are elegant, fresh and well balanced with small well integrated bubbles, ideal for any kind of meal or at any time of year.
