Tres Naus cava is the result of absolute tranquillity and repose. A process in which only time and natural phenomena are involved. This is how our five styles of Tres Naus cava are made: a cava fermented and matured in bottle on the lees, prepared using the traditional method. This family of cavas is entirely produced in the beautiful and well-known “cathedral of wine” at Rocafort de Queralt, built in 1918 by Cèsar Martinell. A perfect setting and ideal architecture for the creation of a Mediterranean sparkling wine that is distinguished by its sensory qualities: aromatic, clean, fresh, balanced and harmonious.

Tasting note

Created in the art nouveau cellars at Rocafort de Queralt, this is a cava that is rested, fresh, natural and with a friendly and delicate beginning, made from the traditional varieties plus Chardonnay. Fruity, fresh and intense aroma. In the mouth it combines vivacity, elegance and complexity with a creamy finish.

Tasting note

The three varieties, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, give body and life to Tres Naus Brut Nature. A traditional also instinctive blend that produces a fresh, smooth and very elegant result. This Brut Nature rests in the cathedral of wine at Rocafort de Queralt. It is a pale yellow colour with greenish lights, and has a fresh and elegant aroma. In the mouth it is notably fresh and dry, long-lasting and persistent in the finish.

Tasting note

At an altitude of 566 metres, in the cathedral of cava at Rocafort de Queralt, resting for months, in silence, Tres Naus Brut Nature Reserva is made: a cava made with special fermentation and aging, prepared by the traditional method. It is remarkable for its maturity, its great structure and the refinement of the bubbles. A clean and brilliant golden yellow colour. It evokes white flowers and ripe stone fruit, also tropical fruit and a background hint of subtly toasted fresh herbs.

Tasting note

Conca de Barberà has its own native grape variety, unique in the world, the Trepat. An exceptional resource for the making of rosé cava with character. Very short maceration produces a subtle, floral result; a very personal gift for a most demanding palate. The colour is a brilliant pale rose with subtle shades of salmon, suggestive of a "blanc de noirs". This cava has delicate aromas of floral notes, white fruit and berries. With fine well-integrated bubbles, a lively structure and its own style; it will not go unnoticed.
